Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) - Azul Auto-Ecole® Sàrl

1. General

At the start of each service, a valid and original learner's driving license must be presented to the instructor, except for the control test where the valid provisional license issued by the competent official authority must be presented.
Failure to present one of these documents will result in cancellation of the service. However, the service must be paid for by the learner driver.

2. Reservations

All reservations are made online via www.azu-l.ch or https://azu-l.agenda.ch.

Learner drivers are solely responsible for the dates and times of their reservations and undertake to honour their commitments made at the time of booking.

When making reservations, learner drivers undertake to provide their correct email and telephone number. A reminder email is sent 3 days before and an SMS 24 hours before the appointment. Azul Auto-Ecole® Sàrl is not responsible for any consequences if incorrect information has been provided. Any reservation constitutes an acknowledgment of debt.

3. Prices for services at Azul Auto-Ecole® Sàrl

Single driving lesson: 100 CHF
Double driving lesson: 180 CHF
Control test: 100 CHF

PRACTICAL EXAMS:
Practical exam Car category: 300 CHF
Practical exam Trailer license: 360 CHF

4. Conduct of services

All practical driving lessons start and end at Grand-Places in Fribourg, unless otherwise agreed in advance. The learner must be present 5 minutes before the start of the service.

Payment is made at the start of the lesson in cash or by Twint. Payment for awareness courses is made at the time of booking by Twint. Azul Auto-Ecole® Sàrl does not issue invoices; receipts are sent by email on request.

5. Modification / Cancellation of services

Services may be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the service, only via the cancellation button in the confirmation email.

Any missed or late-cancelled appointment must be paid within 10 days. In case of non-payment, Azul Auto-Ecole® Sàrl reserves the right to initiate debt collection proceedings, with an additional 100 CHF for administrative fees.

6. Modification / Cancellation of the practical exam at the OCN

Exams may be modified up to 10 days before the scheduled date. After this period, only a medical certificate allows cancellation (an amount of 110 CHF remains due to the OCN).

Any missed or out-of-scope cancelled appointment must be paid within 10 days. In case of non-payment, debt collection proceedings will be initiated with an additional 100 CHF in administrative fees. A cancelled exam reservation remains the property of Azul Auto-Ecole® Sàrl.
