Terms of Sales
1. General
At the start of each service, a valid and original learner's driving license must be presented to the driving instructor, with the exception of the control test where the valid provisional license established by the competent official authority must be presented.
Failure to present one of these documents will result in cancellation of the service. However, the service must be paid for by the driving instructor.
2. Reservations
All reservations are made online through www.azu-l.ch online.
Driving students are solely responsible for the dates and times of their reservations and undertake to respect their commitments made while booking.
When booking services, Driving students agree to provide their correct email and phone number, as these are used for appointment confirmation and appointment reminder purposes. Learner drivers receive a reminder email 3 days before the scheduled appointment and a text message 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Azul Auto-Ecole Sàrl is not held responsible for the consequences if incorrect information has been provided.
Any reservation is worth as acknowledgment of debt.
3. Price of services at Azul Auto-Ecole Sàrl
Simple driving lesson: 100CHF
Double driving lesson: 180CHF
Control test: 100CHF
Practical exam 1st attempt: 300CHF
Practical exam 2nd attempt: 410CHF (300CHF + 110CHF for OCN fees*)
Practical exam 3rd attempt: 410CHF (300CHF + 110CHF for OCN fees*)
*OCN = Office of Traffic and Navigation
4. Procedure of the services
All practical driving course services start at the Grand-Places in Fribourg and end at the same place unless a contrary arrangement has been discussed beforehand.
The presence of the Driving students is required 5 minutes before the start of the service.
Payment for the service is made at the start of the course in cash or by Twint. AZUL Auto-Ecole Sàrl does not issue invoices and issues receipts on request which will be sent by email/WA to the learner driver who requests them.
5. Modification/Cancellation of services at AZUL Auto-Ecole
The services can be modified/cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the service. The cancellation is done only thanks to the cancellation button appearing in the confirmation email of the appointment linked to the service.
Less than 48 hours from the start of the service, no more modification/cancellation is possible, unless you present a medical certificate.
Any appointment missed and/or canceled outside the framework described above must be paid for by the Driving student within 10 days of the date of the missed service. Payment requests will be made by text or email according to the data provided by the Driving student. In the case of non-payment within the set deadlines, Azul Auto-Ecole® Sàrl reserves the right to institute proceedings, supplemented by 100CHF for the administrative costs resulting from this act.
AZUL Driving School reserves the right to modify and/or cancel services without notice.
6. Modification/Cancellation of the practical exam at the OCN
Practical exams can be modified/cancelled up to 10 days before the scheduled date of the appointment at the OCN.
After this 10-day period, practical exams can only be canceled with a medical certificate. In this case, a payment of 110CHF remains due for the OCN. AZUL Auto-Ecole® Sàrl will collect this amount and forward it to the OCN.

A reservation for a canceled practical test remains the property of AZUL Auto-Ecole® Sàrl, which reserves the right to assign it to another learner driver.
